HOLLENBACK TWP. – Flames broke out at 663 East County Road around 5:15 p.m. Monday, but a quick-acting neighbor with a fire extinguisher and quick emergency response kept the fire confined to the living room, said Hobbie Volunteer Fire Department Assistant Chief Robert Reader.
